Luckily, amazing people from HealthHub Staff Clinic (from the security, customer representatives, nurses and amazing doctor as well) did everything to find the solution and went extra mile to help. Really bad experience with this clinic specifically. Doctor was an hour late from the given appointment. Staff did not inform me of the doctors delay. Waited on the reception for an hour. Not satisfied with the diagnosis and procedure of the ENT Doctor (Mohamed Shehada). Still going though pain and itching for the ear infection. Expensive procedure even with 20% Co pay! Silicon oasis branch is much better operationally and procedure wise. Not recommended DFC branch.

Kindly dont confuse customers by two signboards outside, which are guiding to two testing center. Kindly keep one signboard.

Convenient drive through PCR Covid testing station.I didnt queue for long and the process was efficient and SMS result within 10 hours for 150AED.The only reason I wont give it 5* is that the nasal intrusion was excessive and unpleasant.Ive had 12 tests now in 5 countries and this was the worst one and clearly over-zealous compared with what other providers deem necessary for a satisfactory swab.

We have visited the clinic few weeks ago and the overall experience & satisfaction was really great. Especially Dr Prashant (ENT) who is a thorough professional and very kind in explaining the symptoms, causes and remedies. I strongly recommend this Clinic.

With the price they offer, it should not take 1 hr 30 mins waiting to be tested. Other testing centers are cheaper yet faster service. Never again @ Festival Center!!!

While I was waiting for sometime in the queue to get the PCR test for my 70th years old mom. Two cars came from the side of the road and the nurse approached them and did the PCR swap. When I asked the nurse why did they get the swap so fast without even being in the queue, she looked at me and she was like “haha”!What a silly reaction! This is really ridiculous. I would say if you guys won’t respect the queue and people who are waiting in the queue you better not change them 150 AED.

It’s a very crowded and moving extremely slow. I’ve spent more than 90 minutes and still waiting.

Appointment time 11:15 am and still waiting till 12:15 pm. As per their request I was here dot on time 15 minutes before the appointment.

I made a PCR test for my self and my family ( 4 members) and only me was updated on ALHOSON app , I tried so many times to contact them by phone , send e-mails for them to send the result or update it to the DHA ( ALHOSON) but they were not showing any cooperation , and they didn’t hold any responsibility of doing their part , for me I did the test at their premises and I shouldn’t follow up with government entities to show my family tests results on their app, so for me I really really don’t recommend such a service to anyone .

Worst COVID-19 test center, Im almost 2 hours in a queue and they ask your passport and payment in advance you cant even give up as they hold your money and passport. I do not recommend.

Very long qoue and cars are not moving. I think they do not know how to manage this as they do not provide information and just ask for payment. Not recommended this is my first and last time to ever visit.I hope they can improve.

Decent place for a drive-thru PCR. The queue took 45 min on a Friday evening(8pm)and results came back in 15h. They even wrote an notification email because our results slightly overran the promised 12-14 hour window.Received the result certificate by email and ready to fly

Worst testing facility in Dubai. Long que with no organising from the staff. Payment must be done in cash !! In covid era they still ask for cash!! I do mot recommend anyone to test there

The queue at the drive thru testing center is incredibly long and the service is so slow with the testing manager staying inside the air conditioned cabin. I was in queue when suddenly I feel a throbbing pain and I felt I am very sick. I approached the testing manager explaining my situation but he blocked me without even letting me finish my sentence saying I should stay in queue. Very rude... very slow service. They take the payment ahead of time so we sure dont back out even after waiting for a long time. Asked to fill in an online registration but it’s not working!

Healthhub has some amazing doctors, once of the best Dr. Kennel. I had a consultation with him yesterday cz i thought i had COVID, turns out i had 3 different problems not COVID, the good thing was that the doctor seemed like he really cares about the patient and even counseled me. Open minded enough to look at the problem from a patients perspective and give honest opinion on what needs to be done. Need any help, just for Mr. Jassim, he is super good with providing assistance. All PREs are equally good, my experience has been overall more than satisfactory. Im feeling well today. Thanks DOC.

Very bad experience, I took the express test after 7am and it is next day 1AM and still no result. Called them multiple times, they kept on saying it will be sent in next one hour. Nothing happened and now the call center is closed.....really disappointed....

Dont bother taking the express pcr test... they say 8-10 hours but its more like 15 hours...i waited around 4 hours since 7am for my turn.... horrible experience, never stepping foot in there ever again

Please do not bother going here for a PCR test!! Waited 3 hrs in a drive through. When you reach the end of it, you actually see how understaffed,&mismanaged they are! Total chaos!

I highly recommend not visiting any of the HealthHub centres for a PCR test. Visited early morning Sillicon oasis centre for a PCR test and according to the website they open at 8am but only start at 9am for the PCR test. This was not clear and the staff was rude and not customer friendly. I moved to Festival City location and there was a long queue. Overall not a good experience and poor service.

The place is a disaster. Unorganized and no respect for people. Staff is yelling and creating routes that are unacceptable in the drive through. After being in the queue for over an hour they forced people to go on an unpaved route damaging all cars that are low . From someone who does 2-3 PCRs a week between Dubai and Abu Dhabi this is by far the worst place you can come to . They are nothing but a disaster!

Disappointed with the speed of the covid 19 test drive through. We were probably 7 cars in line and it took more than an hour for our sample to be taken. The registration process is inefficient. Very lax and slow. Definitely could be better. I will use the govt seha facility next time.

Not recommended at all for PCR drive through test, queue is very long، it is very missed up .. you will end up waiting for more than 1.5++ hours

Extremely disappointed. The que was long and the service was very slow. It took me 2 hours before i was tested. The nurse would not come to my car but rather wave to me to drive to where she was standing! The insertion was very very painful, the worst I have had. Not to mention that i paid Dhs.150 to receive my results within 6-8 hours only to receive it after more than 24 hrs.. so I have actually paid more than what I got. I do not advise anyone to go.

Thanks to Dr.Israa ( General Practitioner) i had a great experience in healthhub Dubai festival city only .She is a very Amazing & Caring Doctor With full of humanity she have.It made me feel well the way how she talks & help me with my health .Im so very thankful & Grateful for the way how she treats me well.

The Drive Thru for covid test is in one word a disaster.More than three hours of waiting and without logical control or any token. Even one staff outside when the main gate was close just said to us that the service was finished at 4 pm, however we take another try and they opened again.

Very poor management and coordination. I did the testing on 4th Feb and we were waiting for approx 3.5 hours.It was 3 members of the family who got tested, the next day they called and one of the staff members lost the Emirates ID copy for my mother.How do you trust a center which cannot even manage to maintain the documents copy.Nevertheless 2 stars cause the result indeed come within 24 hours as promised.
